Punta Dominical is a 2,000 acre oceanfront Costa Rica property development comprised of more than two miles of coastline, including a unique fifty acre point (punta) extending into the ocean. It is one of the largest parcels of developable land in the southern Pacific zone. Rising from the coastline, the scenic rainforest terrain of Punta Dominical extends to an elevation of nearly 1,000 feet.
Hal has more than 30 years of real estate development experience. He came to Costa Rica in 1998 with the goal of creating top quality oceanfront property developments on the Pacific coast. Prior to coming to Costa Rica, Hal developed over 300 hotels across the United States. He was a founder of two publicly traded hotel companies. Hal is a full-time resident of Costa Rica.
Robert has operated businesses in Costa Rica since the 1980s, a span of more than 20 years. In 1978 his team undertook a massive survey, by plane and on horseback, of available land and settled on Punta Dominical as the ideal location for a master planned community unlike any other in the region. Now, in 2006, we are seeing his vision come to life. Robert is Chairman of the Board of ODW Logistics, Inc., an integrated logistics service company with over three million square feet of distribution space throughout the United States. He is the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Wittenberg University in Ohio.
Manuel has lived in seven countries, traveled to almost 50 countries, and run business operations in over 25 countries. He has spent over 15 years in the highly competitive and disciplined technology industry, mostly with Intel Corporation. Manuel has served in various executive marketing and business development roles across Asia Pacific, Japan, Latin America, and Europe. He helped stimulate Intel sales and branding efforts around the world.
Bill has over 40 years experience in commercial real estate development and project planning and operations, much of that time spent in Latin America. Raised in Peru and having resided in seven countries, Bill has extensive senior management experience in the real estate and oil industries. Bill provides the nuts and bolts construction planning and operations management expertise to ensure that the Costa Rica property development project executes on schedule and within budget.
Ronald is the president of Zurcher Arquitectos in Costa Rica. In addition to being a published author on Central American architecture, Ronald is the management and creative force behind Costa Rica’s leading architecture firm. His firm has been the project architects for many of Costa Rica’s major hospitality developments, including several Marriott Resorts and the newly opened Four Seasons Papagayo Resort in northwestern Costa Rica.
